The U.S. Division of Power’s Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO) final week introduced the 36 groups chosen to take part within the 2025 Hydropower Collegiate Competition (HCC) and Marine Energy Collegiate Competition (MECC)the biggest cohort of groups up to now. Hydropower Collegiate Competitors
