Research vessel Resilience charts course to the future of marine research

Officers gathered on the Sequim campus of the Division of Vitality’s Pacific Northwest Nationwide Laboratory to dedicate DOE’s first hybrid-electric analysis vessel, RV Resilience.

Richmond’s chief of employees, Ariel Marshall, spoke on her behalf on the dedication ceremony.

The 50-foot analysis vessel will enable researchers to move and set up massive tools in Sequim Bay, similar to demonstration-scale marine power gadgets. These gadgets will assist speed up marine power testing and assist new partnerships with business builders.
